 Quality Assurance
With over 30 years of individual experience, our Quality Control department works very closely with the project team. The following processes are used on each telephone project to ensure the accuracy of the data.

  •  
  • A thorough review of the questionnaire program inclusive of all logic branching, skip patterns and spelling.
  •  
  • A first night review of the initial data to ensure that all skip patterns have been followed and that all open-ends have been adequately probed. Marginal data is checked to ensure data integrity.
  •  
  • Each interviewers work is evaluated and our Quality Control department and training team proactively enhance the training process.
  •  
  • Validate a minimum of 16% of each interviewers work on each study. Additional validation is conducted if requires. Monitoring programs
